We make the Best PTFE Ironing Shoe in the world. We achieve the highest quality possible, as the PTFE is heat bonded to a chemically treated aluminum that eliminates the PTFE delaminating from the shoe base. Additionally, the frames are both crimped and riveted onto the aluminum/PTFE substrate. A Nomex felt strip is then applied to the inside nose area extending toward the rear on each side of the shoe to stop steam kick back and to insure a proper fit.
